These terms apply to customers, riders, drivers, partners, applicants, and other users of Mosi's Garage services. Service-specific terms may also apply to rentals, rider operations, delivery, payments, and partner workspaces.

Using Mosi services

Mosi's Garage provides booking, rider, delivery, rental, marketplace, and support tools through NYONSO-powered web services. You agree to use the services lawfully, provide accurate account and booking information, and follow instructions from authorized Mosi staff, riders, drivers, and support teams.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell Mosi promptly if you believe your account, booking, rider workspace, or payment details were used without permission.

Bookings, pricing, and availability

Ride, delivery, rental, and service availability may depend on operating area, driver or rider availability, vehicle condition, weather, traffic, documentation, and operational checks. Prices, deposits, fees, cancellation rules, and timing shown in the app may be updated before a booking is confirmed.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

You agree to pay confirmed charges, deposits, penalties, and other fees that apply to your booking or order. Refunds, cancellations, extensions, and disputes are reviewed under the service-specific policy shown at booking time or by Mosi support.

Safety and acceptable conduct

Customers, riders, drivers, renters, partners, and staff must act safely and respectfully. Mosi may pause, cancel, restrict, or review access when there is suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, illegal activity, document concerns, payment issues, or misuse of the platform.

Third-party services

The platform may use third-party services for maps, messaging, payments, email, analytics, verification, hosting, and communication. Their terms may also apply where those services are used.

Changes and support

Mosi may update these terms as services expand. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. For questions, contact support through the app help center.
